I also spoke with the administrator there and she was very easy to work with. The room sizes at the facility are very adequate for her needs. The staff are very accommodating and communicative. They have tons of activities provided here and the staff help to get everyone involved. They do have a lot of levels of care and they really try to work with your loved ones needs.

The facility is nicely located on the waterfront with a nice view. And I've been fine with the care my loved one is receiving there. The staff, and people are very helpful, accomodating,and pleasurable. They are always ready to help with whatever is needed. We chose Brookdale Chambrel Williamsburg mainly because they were accommodating and the locaiton worked well for family. They are not proactive with communication on the care.

We picked this community becasue of the personnel , they explained things, and I was very comfortable walking in . They are reaching out and communicating very well. I would recommend you consider this community for your loved one. In addition the apartments have nice amenities.
